According to articles 19, 24, 25 and 28 of the Federal Law No. 184-FZ “On Technical regulation” the certificate of conformity shall be granted only to the applicant (LLC “Aerolift”) after certification of the selling products.

Therefore, the reference of third parties offering the similar products, except for the dealers of LLC “Aerolift”, to the certificated granted to LLC “Aerolift” is illegal and assumes amenability pursuant to article 19.19 of Administrative Violations Code of the Russian Federation, including confiscation of not certified products.
